Store Policies

Below is important information regarding products in the store, shipping, and refund policy.

    • Shipping is done through USPS and UPS. Deliveries will not be made to P.O boxes. You must provide a street address. If you place your order to be shipped to a P.O box, your order will be canceled. Please make sure your street address is correct at checkout.

    • International shipping is currently unavailable and ship only in the US.

    • Merch and open edition prints are all made to order until further notice and typically ship out within 5-7 business days. These products are also drop-shipped.

    • Original Artwork is typically shipped out within 3-5 days.

    • Please note these shipping times begin after the 24 hour cancellation window.

    • Limited edition prints and original artwork are NON-REFUNDABLE.

    • Open edition prints and merch are only eligible for refunds when a request is made within the cancellation window or if the item arrives damaged .

    • You have 24 hours from the moment your order is placed to cancel and get refunded. After the window has passed you may not get a refund. The 24 hour window does not apply to limited edition prints or original artwork.

    • To cancel an order, please fill out the claim form on the contact page.

    • In the case that your product arrives damaged/defective you have 7 days from the moment of receiving the item to put in a claim.

    • To make a claim, please fill out the claim form on the contact page. Photos may be requested to assess the damage. If approved, your product may be replaced or refunded.
