Store Policies

Below is important information regarding products in the store, shipping, and refund policy.

 
  • Shipping is done through USPS and UPS. Shipping charges vary depending on the overall weight of the product and order. Deliveries will not be made to P.O boxes. If you place your order to be shipped to a P.O box, your order will be canceled. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before checking out.

    *International shipping is currently unavailable and ship only in the US.

  • Limited edition prints, original artwork, and custom painted tote bags are NON-REFUNDABLE.

    At the moment, made on demand products (tote bags and apparel) cannot be returned or exchanged.

    In the case that your product arrives damaged/defective you have 7 days from the moment of receiving the item to put in a claim. To make a claim, please contact us within the 7 day time period. Photos may be requested to assess the damage. If approved, your product may be replaced or refunded.

  • Merch and prints are all made to order until further notice and typically ship out within 7 business days. These products are also drop-shipped.

  • As of August 19 2022, all original artwork will no longer be sold in the online store. If you are interested in a original piece of artwork, you will need to fill out an inquiry form on the portfolio page. All original artwork will now be paid for by invoice.
