Any unlawful redistribution or reproduction of artwork featured on MICHESHART.COM or the artists INSTAGRAM without written consent by the artist prior is strictly prohibited and legal action will be taken.
OWNERSHIP AND RIGHTS OF ARTWORK
The artist retains full rights of all artwork created including sold and commissioned original pieces. The artist retains the rights to make reproductions or prints of any artwork including artwork that has already been sold. Purchases of original artwork only includes the physical property of said artwork and the collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork under any circumstances unless with written permission from the artist.Miche only sells original artwork personally through Micheshart.com. Giclee prints are only sold through Micheshart.com and limited editions are personally signed and numbered by the artist. DO NOT purchase works of art through any third parties, as these are considered unauthorized reproductions and hold no value. Unauthorized reproductions of artwork will be subjected to legal action.
