Overview
The two dogs represent the elite and working class. Greed can never be satisfied and it will continue to consume, even in its demise. With no shame, the top dog falls to its demise with teeth bared and covered in blood ready for the bottom dog. The bottom dog does nothing, but cowers. Tail tucked between its legs ready for its fate. Even though the bottom dog knows what’s coming for it, all it chooses to do it submit. The background I chose a blue similar to the American flag, showing distress in the brush strokes. White teeth bared and stained blood red. The Fall From Greed.

Overview
“Give Me a Moment” can have different interpretations based on individuals perspectives. Is she being consumed by the darkness? or is she recharging, allowing for hope to overcome? Or maybe, it’s a delicate balance of both.
Important Note
This painting is signed under the artist’s former alias “Miche”. In 2026, the alias name was retired and all paintings going forward are signed under the artist’s legal name. The back signing and certificate of authenticity will document this change.
