Payment Plans for Original Art

Collectors interested in entering into a payment plan must contact MICHESHART for a consultation and payment arrangements. MICHESHART does not run a credit check, but a contract must be signed along with a non-refundable deposit/down payment.

Eligible Art

Original art priced $1,000 or more are eligible for the payment plans.

Deposit/Down Payment

The deposit is a percentage of the total price of the artwork (percentage amount depends on term length) and also counts as your first payment. The deposit is non-refundable.

Scheduling and Term Lengths

Payment plans can be arranged on a biweekly or monthly basis and must be paid off within 3-6 months depending on the term length agreed upon during the consultation.

Payments

All major credit cards are accepted. Collectors will receive an invoice directly to their email to make payments.

Grace Periods

There is a 5 day grace period for missed payment due dates. After the 5 day grace period has surpassed, this will result in a breach of contract. Any payments made will be refunded minus the deposit and the collector will be barred from entering into future payment plans.
